Brittany Rigoli is a NYS licensed clinical social worker. She graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from Binghamton University and has a BA in Psychology from Ithaca College. She completed several internships prior to obtaining her license. She was a teaching assistant at Ithaca College for three years and was Outreach Program Coordinator at Binghamton University’s Counseling Center.
Brittany strives to help people of all ages, from all different backgrounds. She is known for providing honest, caring, patient, devoted, and open minded care as a social worker in the area of psychotherapy. Her appreciation of humor and laughter is also a well-known quality.
Brittany has served both individual and families in community clinics, hospitals, and schools-all within the Southern Tier areas of Broome, Chenango, and Tioga County.
Brittany is experienced in severe and persistent mental illness, crisis intervention, trauma, crime victim support, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, thought disorders, adjustment disorders, and grief/bereavement. She is skilled in modalities including, but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, positive therapy, interpersonal therapy, family systems therapy, spiritual therapy, and psychoanalytic therapy.
Brittany utilizes an eclectic approach to her work. She places emphasis on the person and helping them to identify and build upon their strengths, regardless of specific approaches involved. This allows her to identify – through ongoing assessment and exploration with the client – the best evidence-based techniques and tools for her clients to reach their highest potential.
Danielle Zelsnack is a NYS licensed clinical social worker. She graduated with a B.A. in Criminology from SUNY Cortland and later obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Binghamton University. Danielle has interned at Crime Victims Assistance Center, Whitney Point Schools, and the Addiction Center of Broome County. She also worked abroad to assist with programming in the Young Women's Initiative at Malawi Children's Mission. Danielle has work experience as an outpatient rehab clinician and clinic supervisor in the substance use disorder treatment field.
Danielle has experience working with clients who experience substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, complex traumas, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bereavement, and family stressors. She serves adolescents, adults, and older adults. Danielle strives to tailor sessions to best meet an individual's unique needs utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered therapy.
Trauma-informed care and creating a safe space are a priority. Danielle has special training in 3 evidence-based practices that are trauma-specific. Using these techniques, clients can begin to heal from their experiences, improve self-esteem, and feel empowered in who they are. Danielle's greatest joy is seeing the healing process unfold and she would be honored to go on this journey with you.
Joanna was born and raised in Binghamton, NY and has practiced as a clinical therapist for more than sixteen years. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special and Elementary Education from SUNY Plattsburgh. After teaching a few years, she moved to Syracuse, NY to pursue work with adults with developmental disabilities. This led to a career change, and in 2008 she graduated high honors from Syracuse University’s MSW program.
Joanna’s first ten years as a clinical social worker she provided individual and group therapy to children in an outpatient mental health clinic in Syracuse. She received training in evidenced based treatments for ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, and disruptive behavior. She completed training in Trauma-focused CBT and DBT and strongly utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) in her practice. She was a Syracuse University MSW field supervisor for many years, and also contracts with agencies to train social workers.
Returning to Broome County in 2019, Joanna provided outpatient therapy in a rural medical practice before joining Oakdale Psychology in 2022. Her clients have found success addressing a variety of concerns using cognitive strategies, behavior change, and coping skills. Joanna practices on a part-time basis at Oakdale Psychology, and primarily focuses on providing therapy to adults. She encourages humor, working to improve balance in life, and spending time outdoors.
Bobbie is a NYS licensed clinical social worker. She completed her Bachelors in Human Development from Binghamton University (BU) in 2000. She has worked as an Early Intervention service coordinator and care manager at Broome Country Department of Social Services, Jail and Health Departments. After raising her children, Bobbie returned to BU to pursue her MSW.
Bobbie treats individuals and couples, adults and children 6+. She is skilled in helping with issues such as: anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship issues, parenting, parent-child relational issues, ADHD, ASD, grief, identity, personality disorders and addiction.
Bobbie enjoys helping people to be empowered to change things in their life that are making them feel stuck by tuning in, actively listening, validating and then providing empirical approaches. She begins all treatment with Mindfulness grounding and then utilizes an eclectic approach matching individuals needs. Her practice us trauma-informed, using: CBT, DBT, EMDR, MI, SFBT, Safe & Sound Protocol and Gottman Method for couples.
In addition to providing clinical counseling at Oakdale Psychology Associates, Bobbie works as an adjunct field liasion and clinical supervisor for Binghamton University CCPA, Department of Social Work, supervising/supporting Bachelor and Master level students.
Miranda Davenport is a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She completed her Master of Social Work degree from Binghamton University and has a BA in Psychology from BU as well. With more than 10 years in clinical practice, Miranda has a vast array of experience.
Miranda describes her approach as warm, strength based, individualized and transformative. She has specialized training in trauma therapy and is a proponent of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She uses EMDR primarily, with an integration of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
As an intuitive healer, Miranda believes in a soul centered approach that honors the inextricable spirit-body-mind connection. Miranda is also a Reiki Master and psychic medium. Ashlee Sakowski, LMSW
Ashlee Sakowski, LMSW is a NYS licensed master social worker. She graduated with a BA in Sociology from Hartwick College and later obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University. Ashlee currently works full time at a local hospital providing short term counseling in a primary care setting. Before that, she worked for Broome County Department of Social Services in the Children and Families department for 4 years. While there, Ashlee worked closely with families to create a safe environment while encouraging long lasting relationships and stability.
Ashlee has experience working with individuals of all ages and different backgrounds. She has worked with individuals who have severe mental illness, trauma, substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, bereavement and life stressors. She understands everyone is unique and because of this she utilizes several therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Person-centered therapy. Pamela de Bourg-Bingert, LMSW
Ms. de Bourg-Bingert is a NYS licensed master social worker. She graduated with a BA in Sociology from Oberlin College and her Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan. She interned at the university counseling center with a focus on individual, couples, and family therapy. She also interned at a community-based agency with an emphasis on group facilitation. During her training, she worked as a teaching assistant in the psychology department.
Pamela has considerable experience servicing diverse populations. She worked as an advocate, case manager, and therapist in collaboration with treatment facilities, schools, in-home services, and other community-based organizations in Broome County and other neighboring counties. She practiced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychoeducation working in mental health.
Pamela worked in higher education and acquired specialized experiences in career advisement, administration, policy compliance, and research. She earned a certificate from the American Association of Access, Equity, and Diversity (AAAED), while employed at Binghamton University. She helped enhance efficiency, and inter-departmental collaboration in the recruitment processes, as well as training and research efforts across the department.
Pamela has a special interest in serving the community directly as a clinical social worker. She has training in stress management, relaxation techniques, and work-life balance in an individual and group therapy setting. She has an interest in serving the marginalized and underserved members of the community. Pamela is also passionate in helping individuals and families cope with grief and bereavement. Grief can be caused by the death of a loved one, and also by other significant life losses including separation, divorce, job loss, health changes, or even a significant change in identity, status or life circumstance.

Morgan McGregor, LMSW
Morgan McGregor is a dedicated social worker with over a decade of experience in the field. After earning her Master of Social Work from Binghamton University, she spent years advocating for individuals, families and communities. She has also continued to learn within the mental health field. Morgan uses a variety of therapeutic methods such as EMDR, play therapy, CBT, Psychotherapy, and Family based services to ensure that she can provide the best treatment for each individual and family.
Morgan’s role is to guide individuals and families into reaching their highest potential and provide a safe environment for people to work through trauma they may have endured. Her goal is to provide support and promote a healthy balance for individuals ranging from children into adulthood. Her passion lies in making a meaningful impact through her expertise and compassion.
